5053744 Ontario Inc specializes in turnkey plants used to process any type of fat or oil. Using proprietary technology our plants are able to clarify incoming raw feed-stock at a continuous 50 to 200 gallons per minute or 10 to 40 metric tons per hour. Our equipment is able to achieve these through-puts while exceeding the industry Biodiesel and Renewable diesel feed-stock limits for contaminants of 2% MIU (Moisture, Impurities and Unsaponifiables). Our process is able to consistently achieve industry leading low levels of contaminants of 0.25 MIU or better. In fact, finished feed-stock typically has only moisture with trace amounts of impurities and unsaponifiable matter. We are able to yield a superior product for our clients’ discerning customers.
